Middleton Regulations:
Middleton requires Title 5 Inspectors to have a separate annual license through the town of Middleton to perform Title 5 Inspections.
Middleton Requires a specific well water test for all properties that have a well within the town. To perform a well water test, water musts be drawn from the kitchen sink and bottled and refrigerated until it is brought to a local lab in Danvers, MA. The water is tested for Nitrate, Nitrite, and Fecal Coliform bacteria. It usually takes 7-10 business days to receive up to date results from the laboratory.
Boxford Regulations:
Boxford Requires a specific well water test for all properties that have a well within the town.
