North Andover Title 5 Inspections

North Andover also has additional regulations for Title 5 Inspections:

• Distribution boxes deeper than 3 Feet below grade need to be brought to grade with a riser. If your distribution box is deeper than 3', your inspection will need the riser installed before a passing title 5 inspection can be issued.

• Cesspools automatically fail Title 5 in North Andover. Cesspools must be replaced with code compliant septic systems before sale of a home.
